*GATHERING PRAYER
Loving
God, you come to us in Jesus Christ bringing grace and peace. We want to come to know Jesus more
fully. Point him out to us that we might follow him. Transform us so we will be
blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. You are faithful to us; call us
into relationship with your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. Hear our prayer as we
seek to remain with Jesus.
*SILENCE FOR PERSONAL PRAYERS
*PASSING THE PEACE
Jesus is the way, the truth and the life; he comes to bring us life.
In his life, we find peace; doing his work
is the way to bring life to others.
May we each find the peace of Christ; may we offer that peace to one another. The peace of Christ be with you.
And also with you.
(All are
invited to greet others with handshakes or hugs while saying to them "The peace of Christ be with you"
and responding "and also with
you.")

Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we

not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory,
forever. Amen.
